By accessing or using the Gotochi beta application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the App.

2. Beta Testing Nature

You understand and acknowledge that:

• The App is in beta testing phase and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• The App may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect functionality
• Your participation as a beta tester is voluntary
• The App may change significantly before official release, and some features may be modified or removed
• Beta testing may end at any time without notice

3. Feedback and Contributions

As a beta tester, we encourage you to provide feedback on your experience with the App. By submitting feedback, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the App
• Acknowledge that we may not acknowledge or compensate you for your feedback
• Understand that we are not obligated to implement any feedback you provide

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as reviews, comments, or images). However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gotochi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

7. Beta App Access

Access to the beta App is provided through TestFlight and requires:

• A compatible iOS device
• Acceptance of TestFlight's terms and conditions
• Your agreement not to distribute or provide access to the App to others

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
